Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms.html for safaris, excursions, accommodation and other travel services arranged by Kinsfare Tours and Safaris.

1. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible and in writing. Cancellation charges may depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and on non-refundable charges imposed by suppliers.

2. Standard Refund Position

Unless the confirmed booking states different supplier-specific terms, the standard refundable amount is 50% of the amount paid, subject to deductions for non-refundable services, permits, accommodation, transport or other costs already committed.

3. No-Show or Late Changes

Failure to arrive for a booked service, or major changes made after the supplier deadlines, may result in loss of payments already committed to suppliers.

4. Supplier Cancellation

If a supplier cancels or becomes unable to provide a booked service, we will work with the client to arrange a reasonable alternative or applicable refund based on the supplier's terms.html and amounts recovered.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil disruption, strikes, major transport disruption or other force-majeure events. We will assist with practical alternatives where possible.

6. How to Cancel

Contact Team Trails & Tours using the official contact details on this website and include your booking reference, travel dates and requested cancellation.
